حذف الحساب
تقدر تطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت:
- ابعتلنا على واتساب +961 71 519 629 أو على [email protected] من نفس الرقم المسجّل، واكتب «بدي أحذف حسابي».
- منتأكد إنك صاحب الرقم، ومنحذف الحساب خلال 7 أيام كحد أقصى.
بيتحذف: رقمك واسمك وسياراتك وعناوينك وصورك والإشعارات. بيبقى بس سجل مالي مجهول الهوية للطلبات المدفوعة، لأن القانون والحسابات بيطلبوه. أي رصيد أو اشتراك مدفوع بيضيع بعد الحذف، فاستخدمه الأول.
Support & account deletion
WhatsApp / call: +961 71 519 629 · Email: [email protected] · In the app: open the order and tap “Submit complaint” within 48 hours.
Delete your account: message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] from your registered number with “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and delete the account within 7 days. Your phone, name, vehicles, addresses, photos and notifications are deleted; only anonymised financial records of paid orders are kept as required by law. Unused credits or subscriptions are lost after deletion.
